Appointment of Supervisory Board Members

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 19 December 2018, in connection with the resignations tendered on 18 December 2018 by Alejandro de la Joya Ruiz de Velasco and Ignacio Clopes Estela from the posts held within the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA, as announced by the Company in current report No 72/2018 of 10 December 2018, the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA decided to co-opt Juan Ignacio Gaston Najarro and Fernando Luis Pascual Larragoiti to the Supervisory Board. In accordance with the Articles of Association of Budimex SA, the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA decided to present Juan Ignacio Gaston Najarro and Fernando Luis Pascual Larragoiti for approval as members of the Supervisory Board at the next General Shareholders’ Meeting of Budimex SA.

 

Juan Ignacio Gaston Najarro holds the degree of construction engineer and the MBA title from London Business School. He joined the Ferrovial Group in 1995. In 2007, he was appointed to the post of Construction Manager in the United Kingdom. In 2013, he became Chief Operating Officer of Ferrovial Servicios S.A. In November 2018, he was named Chief Operating Officer of Ferrovial Agroman.

 

Juan Ignacio Gaston Najarro does not pursue any business competitive to Budimex SA, and he is not a partner or a member of any competitive civil partnership or any other partnership, a member of a body of a capital company or a member of a body of any other competitive legal entity.

Juan Ignacio Gaston Najarro has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.

 

Fernando Luis Pascual Larragoiti is a mining engineer, a graduate of the Technical University of Madrid and the University of the Andes in Santiago de Chile, where he completed the Senior Management Program (PADE). He started his business career in 1983 in Schlumberger, where he was responsible for hydrocarbon exploration drills. He joined Ferrovial in 1987, where until 1997 he held managing positions for various contracts related to civil engineering. Between 1997 and 2001, he was responsible for the development and management of a concession highway project in Chile. Between 2001 and 2008, he managed the national division of Ferrovial in Chile, and has managed the national division of Ferrovial in Greece since 2008. From 24 April 2014 until 18 December 2018, he served as Vice-President of the Management Board of Budimex SA.

 

Fernando Luis Pascual Larragoiti does not pursue any business competitive to Budimex SA, and he is not a partner or a member of any competitive civil partnership or any other partnership, a member of a body of a capital company or a member of a body of any other competitive legal entity.

Fernando Luis Pascual Larragoiti has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
